They both mean the same thing. To
advertise on our site as a Advertiser you need to become a member.
Buyers are not required to become a member.

That depends on you. The amount you pay
for the ad depends on the length of time you want your ad
displayed. The minimum time frame is one week. The rates for
your ads goes down if you decide to place the ads for a longer
